In our discovery or initiation phase, we immerse ourselves in your business goals and needs, thereby understanding in detail your talent needs. This phase also educates us on your business philosophy and culture. We ask questions and most importantly, we listen!

We accept only the volume of searches that we can execute in a timely manner. Your needs are urgent and we respect that desire. We guarantee the presentation of a first slate of candidates within 4 weeks from executive search initiation. We typically present a little sooner.

Since we have a large network of contacts in the industry, we endeavor to get an “informal reference” on all candidates before adding them to our slate. This usually affords us more candid feedback rather than the formal reference process that comes later.

Our detailed process includes custom developed, position-specific interview guides, targeted reference interview guides, job-specific interview evaluation forms, and other “little details” that make all the difference.
